• Purchase or Pick Up Prepaid tickets: 16 Harbor Blvd. Destin, FL 32541. Look for our Boogies Watersports sales booth, located on the Upper or Lower Level to the left of Margaritaville.

• Departure Point: Go down the stairs behind the hut and you will see them straight ahead. Bring your ticket to the dock attendant and they will get you all set up.

• Ending Point: The rental must end back at the Departure Point.

• Driver will need a Picture ID with birthdate and Boater’s License if needed.

• Hat with a chin strap to prevent it from getting lost at high speeds.

• Sunglasses.

• Cooler with food and drinks.

• Water toys (Frisbee, Floats, Football, Snorkel equipment, etc.).

• Dog, if you have one, — We believe dolphins make great pals for your pups too. Our boat crew loves meeting new furry friends! Please note that while dogs are welcome aboard our dolphin cruises, for pontoon rentals, there is a small additional fee for bringing your four-legged companion along.

1. Must be 18 years old to operate (drive) and rent.

2. Operators (drivers) must sign a liability waiver.

3. Operators (drivers) will ensure that all passengers on the vessel have signed a liability waiver prior to leaving the dock.

4. Operators (drivers) must receive training procedures from Boogies Watersports and follow all safety rules.

5. Each operator (driver) must have on their person a valid form of ID and if born on or after January 1, 1988, a current Florida Boater's Safety Card or a Nationally Recognized Boater's Safety Card.

6. 12 People per boat MAX, including children of all ages, no exceptions, sorry.

7. No Grills Please.

8. All double-deck pontoon boats must be returned by sunset (exact time varies depending on the time of year).

Please cancel 24 hours prior to the Pontoon rental start time for a full refund (On Holiday weekends 48-hour notice). If the trip is canceled by Boogies Watersports you will be issued a full refund minus the ticket fee if booked online.

Once you leave the docks there are no refunds or rain checks so please make sure the weather will be good for the duration of your trip. If a storm comes through while you are out we ask if it is lightning to return back to the docks for your safety. If it is a light rain you can stay out. Once the storm blows through you can take your Pontoon back out but we will not extend your time while you are at the docks.
