• You will have a tour guide for the first hour and half and the last 30 minutes we will give you free time to ride around.

• Apply sunscreen before trip starts.

• No restrooms available during trip.

• Strap the hat to your chin before speeding up, or place it in the compartment box to avoid losing.

• Departure Point: Go down the stairs by Margaritaville, to the docks, and then follow the docks all the way toward the bridge.

• Ending Point: The tour will end back at the Departure Point.

• ALL drivers will need to bring a picture I.D. with a birth date. If you already have a Florida Boaters License please bring this with you.

• Waterproof camera.

• Hat with a chin strap to prevent it from getting lost at high speeds.

1. Operators (drivers) must sign a liability waiver.

2. Operators (drivers) will ensure that all passengers on the vessel have signed a liability waiver prior to leaving the dock.

3. Operators (drivers) must receive training procedures from Boogies Watersports and follow all safety rules.

4. Each operator (driver) must have on their person a valid form of ID and if born on or after January 1, 1988, a current Florida Boater's Safety Card or a Nationally Recognized Boater's Safety Card.

• Our WaveRunners hold up to 3 people or 400 pounds.

• Must be 5 years old to ride and sit behind the driver, and 18 years old to operate (drive) and rent.

Please cancel 24 hours prior to departure for a full refund. Once the tour begins we will not issue a refund. If the trip is cut short due to inclement weather we will issue a raincheck that can be used for a different jet ski dolphin tour date and time. If the trip is canceled by Boogies Watersports you will be issued a full refund minus the ticket fee if booked online.
