“ This was my first time to parasail, and as a 75-year-old, I was a bit anxious about trying this! Our crew was great, and we all had a good time. I'd be glad to do this again anytime!”

Boogies Has the Largest Destin Parasailing Fleet on the Emerald Coast!
The absolute best way to avoid the crowds is to see the stunning view of Destin from about 400 feet up as you parasail through the warm air. Whether you are a child ready for a new adventure or an adult scared of heights parasailing in Destin is an experience you cannot pass up.
Boogies offers single, double, and triple Destin parasailing flights. No more having to fly by yourself. Wind speed determines what amount of weight we will be able to fly on each flight. You don’t even have to get wet, but wear your swimsuit so you can enjoy a refreshing dip into the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
With Boogies offering the latest technology in parasailing, we do all the work for you. First you will either board the Destin parasail boat from the docks located at the marina or have the opportunity to be shuttled on our brand new Nautica Shuttle Boat.
While aboard one of our 4 boats we fit you with a USCG (United States Coast Guard) life jacket, place you on the flight deck and hydraulically winch you out with 800 feet of line, taking you to a breathtaking 400′ of altitude above the shimmering emerald waters. You will then soar through the blue skies of Destin in a remarkably quiet ride with only a faint whisper of wind passing you by.
You will get a bird’s eye view of the Gulf of Mexico, the snow white sand of the Emerald Coast, and the surrounding area. Also, while you glide through the air you will get a chance to see dolphins, turtles, sting rays, schools of fish and other marine life! Our flights range from 10-12 minutes which allows you plenty of time to enjoy this fun and exciting adventure. So, if you are in or around the Destin, Fort Walton Beach, Niceville, Miramar Beach, Santa Rosa Beach or 30A area, then come see us.
All fliers must be at least 6 years old to parasail.
Fun in the Sun!
FAQs
01.
What is the Best Time to See Dolphins?
The dolphins in our area are in their natural habitat and can be seen on any of our cruises. We see dolphins about 99% of the time.
02.
How Long Does a Parasailing Trip Take?
The excursion is part parasailing and part boat ride, so you should plan on being out on the pristine Gulf of Mexico waters for about an hour to hour-and-a-half.
03.
Do I Need Previous Boating Experience?
No, we go though full instructions with you to insure that you are comfortable with driving the Waverunner or Pontoon before you leave the dock.
04.
How Many People Can Fit on a Pontoon Boat?
All of our boats are 25 feet Harris Kayot that hold 22 people but Coast Guard limits rental operations to 12 people max. Each breathing human is considered a passenger whether they are a child or adult. The boats are new, super comfortable, and spotless. It’s like having a couch on the water.
05.
Do You Provide Life Jackets?
Yes. Life jackets are provided for children and adults, and available in all sizes. It is required that all passengers 6 years old and under wear a life preserver while the boat is moving. Boogies has some small life jackets but recommends if you have one that is US Coast Guard approved to bring it with you.
06.
Is Parasailing Scary?
Actually, it’s quite the opposite. Parasailing is very serene and peaceful. Because the take offs and landings are slow and gradual, you don’t have to worry about having a frightening experience.

Five of us took the 1:00 pm Dolphin Boat ride on Wednesday afternoon. The weather was perfect with temps in the low 80s, mild winds, and calm seas. It was a fantastic trip. The boat was clean and modern and the crew was great; very helpful, friendly, and professional. We hoped to see a few dolphins but we saw many, many. A great experience, we'll be back again.

This has long been on my bucket list. I only wish I had gone parasailing before now. The young lady who took my reservation over the phone was professional and helpful. At check-in, we got the same treatment. The 3 crewmen on the boat were fairly young but so professional, helpful, and understandable that you would think they’ve been doing this for twenty years. My wife was pretty apprehensive at first but these guys put her at ease. She said later it was one of the top experiences of her life.
