🐬 Dolphin Cruises: Get up close and personal with playful dolphins as you cruise along the Emerald Coast.
🚤 Pontoon Boat & Jet Ski Rentals: Commandeer your own watercraft and explore the beautiful waters of Destin Harbor, Norriego Point, or even relax at Crab Island.
🪂 Parasailing: Soar above the Gulf of America or Choctawhatchee Bay, taking in breathtaking views of the coastline and even spotting dolphins below.
As part of our crew, you’ll help provide unforgettable experiences for families, tourists, and Gulf lovers on our daily dolphin and sightseeing cruises. If you love the water, enjoy working outdoors, and take pride in creating fun and safe experiences, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Assist passengers boarding and disembarking safely.
Provide friendly, informative commentary and assist with guest questions.
Maintain cleanliness of the boat and assist with basic maintenance.
Handle lines during docking and departure.
Help with safety briefings and emergency procedures.
Serve drinks and snacks at the bar.
Take pictures of guests as they board the boat.
Support the captain and crew in day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
Must be dependable and punctual.
Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
Comfortable working outdoors and on the water.
Able to lift 50 lbs and move safely around the vessel.
Previous boating or deckhand experience is a plus but not required (we’ll train the right person).
Must pass a drug screening and meet all USCG requirements.
